MEET THE FORUM: A collaboration network of passionate individuals who bring diverse perspectives on experiences of friction in South Africa and the surrounding region. Our mission is to deepen insights around friction (what,who, how, where, why), provide indepth data and business-relevant research, and use-case view of friction. Further, we leverage local and global collaborators to develop advisory for commercially viable solutions including associated advocacy.
FOCUS AREAS: We like the idea of an inclusive digital economy, therefore we have a keen interest in digital transformation as an enabler for frictionless experiences. Key technologies we follow include (but not limited to) FinTech, RegTech, InsurTech, PropTech. We also follow broader IT, enablement and optimization technologies including data analytics and Cloud.
